2010 MyRecipes/MenuCoster Update

MyRecipes/ MenuCoster is a web-based recipe and menu management tool used by professional chefs in Australia and New Zealand to cost and analyse the nutrition of their recipes and price menus.

Ex chef and founder, Gavin Lovett believes the number one cause of failure in this industry is not knowing costs. A chef doesn’t want to be in an office doing costings daily. By updating ingredients direct from suppliers MenuCoster makes this easy for chefs.

After launching in NZ in 2005 MenuCoster has been licensed in Australia and is seeing steady growth.
